Shaving Longhaired Dogs During Summer Months
Each year, veterinarians, pet groomers and pet lovers have debates about the pros and cons of shaving a thick coated or long-haired dog or cat during the warm summer months. Personally, I have two of my cats shaved with the "lion cut" style for the summer. I believe this really makes a difference with hairballs and they appear more comfortable.
